2. Service Description

ViralPredictor provides AI-driven analysis of YouTube Shorts titles and thumbnails. The provided "Viral Score" and "CTR Predictions" are statistical estimates based on historical data and AI models. We do not guarantee any specific real-world results or view counts.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

• Starter: Free usage is limited to 2 analyses per day per user.
• Credits: One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once used.
• PRO: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Pro access is subject to a fair use limit of 100 analyses per day.

4. Acceptable Use

Users are prohibited from using the service to generate deceptive, harmful, or illegal content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our usage policies or the policies of our partners (Polar/Stripe).
